Geneva Executive Session – 9 November 2026

On 9 November 2026, FE+MALE Think Tank brings together Swiss decision-makers in Geneva for its executive session on efficient decision-making.
Your policies are in place. Your goals are set. So why don't the results follow?
The gap rarely lies in the policy itself. It lies in the habits and expectations that shape everyday decisions on recruitment, promotion, pay, and performance, quietly untouched by formal measures.
On 9 November 2026, FE+MALE Think Tank brings together a select circle of Swiss decisionmakers in Geneva for our executive session, Efficient Decision-Making, designed to address this gap precisely.
We are honoured to welcome Iris Maria Alexis Van der Veken as our keynote speaker. Iris is Executive Director & Secretary General of the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030, co-founded by Kering and Cartier and delegated by Richemont, and a member of 100 Women @Davos' Inclusive Leadership Council. With over 25 years across global supply chains, she knows what it takes to turn commitments into practice.
Patricia M. Montesinos, MBA M. Montesinos, President of FE+MALE Think Tank, will then share the latest data from our newest Best Practices Guide, a first look at what distinguishes organizations that turn intention into measurable impact.
Building on these insights, participants work through a realistic diagnostic case at mixed tables with our facilitators Bruna Toubia and Lidia Zabala, specialists in unconscious bias and decision-making in business, and leave with concrete first steps, a confidential summary report, and a follow-up coaching session.
Small and confidential: 6–8 non-competing organizations.
📍 Deloitte Greenhouse Geneva, Monday, 9 November, 14:30-17:30
Registration closes on 25 October.
